razr V3m noob

I am totally new to this whole thing. I have just upgraded to a razr V3m SW ver. 24.1_01.19.07 . I have the ability to BT pics with some friends with AT&T but not on sprint. I am wanting to be able to BT ringers and songs with all other phones on other services (ie. metro pcs, sprint, AT&T etc...) is this possible? what do I need to do? plz help this noob if you can.

What is YOUR provider? Bluetooth has nothing to do with the provider (unless you have verizon because they cripple bluetooth), as long as the phone's you are trying to pair with can support the same things your phone supports, there is no reason transferring things wouldn't work.
