Ok, so whats the secret to ShopperTrak? We all know that if you even look towards the counter wrong, it will count you... And of course, you're going to get yelled at over your close ratio.
What do you do when you have a large store, lots of reps, and the only ways in and out are counted?
Covering a counter doesn't work, because they notice and call.
And there has to be a way to do something here, other than forbidding employees to go near the door, especially when you yourself has reason to go in and out throughout the day.

My coworkers are usually in out the store all day long to smoke. I myself, never leave cuz I'm always lookin for the big sale. Our close rates sucks.
