v360 ringtone playing problems

My v360 is goofing up. I cannot play my ringtones through the sounds menu.

I didnt do anything to it, it just happened out of no where. MY volume is up all the way to 7.

what could be wrong?

hahaha, I just had a customer come in with the same exact problem. I simply did a "Master Reset" and it works again.

master reset meaning a reflash?

or is there a setting on the phone?
