ppc 6700 my joystick broke, and sprint replaced the whole phone. i attempted to redownload my programs "battery pack pro, etc, and when i did all hec broke loose.

not only can o not get a version of bpc to stay on the phone, i now have problems with the external "ok and windows start buttons" when depressed they come up with an error message. what do i do, i beleve the unit is running up to date soft ware, a soft reset does nothing, how do i doi a hard reset?

Either use Clear Storage or hold down both soft keys with styls in reset hole.
