KRAZR K1M ITAP problem

Hi all,

My daughter has a KRAZR K1M and its weird, but with ITAP on, she can't change the word like I do on my LG.

If she types the word OF, she can't change it to ME, or any other word choices.

She's tried the * which just changes ITAP english settings, and # which just gives her a space.

Anyone know how to change a word?

It works, but found out she hasnt shut the phone off in three months. So we shut it off, took out the battery for a few mins..started it up again and it worked witht eh arrow keys.

Not shutting off your phone can mess it up it seems....simple neough fix.
