Razr V3xx How to connect to computer

Hi:
I have a V3xx, and would like to connect it to my PC, in order to transfer a program to it. With my older Razr, I used to use Moto Phone Tools, but it does not seem to work with the V3xx. How would I connect the V3xx to PC?
Any help would really be appreciated!

In case anyone else is having this problem, I discovered that I did not have the correct driver installed for the V3XX. After installing driver, Moto Phone Tools seems to be working fine. I am still unsure as to how to transfer a program to the phone though. I am trying to install Mo-Call (Mo-Call.com).

use Moto Phone Tools and download the updates

that depends on the program, is it a JAR or JAD file? another extension, that will help..
Normally a JAR file just put it in the memory of the phone there is a folder called kjava or something like that, put it there. Then in your phone go to games, options install new, select the one u uploaded and voila!!!
