Beta OS Information - MUST READ!

As of late there have been forum members who have requested links to download beta OS versions and some who have publicly posted links in different threads. All of those threads have been removed and I would like all forum members to know that anyone posting links or requesting links will be given a 2 week ban for the first offense and if he/she does it again they will be permanently banned from Howard Forums.

There is a reason why beta OS versions are not released to the public be it legal, device stability or otherwise. If you have installed and/or are considering an install of a leaked beta OS please note that there is always a chance that your device can be rendered useless.

Postings of these OS versions do have certain legal implications and Howard Forums will take any steps necessary to protect itself. For those who have received a copy of a beta OS release even if you have no legal obligation to RIM via NDA you are hereby warned not to post the beta OS or links to the beta OS anywhere on Howard Forums.
