Quick Q i was contemplating buying an iphone but i heard you cant send MMS messages with ATT is it possible to unlock it or configure it to be able to send and receive MMS messages using T-Mobile

That used to be the case up until a month ago but now you can SEND and RECIEVE text messages on your iPhone using a third-party app called SwirlyMMS.

i think i heard that there may be a problem with using SwirlyMMS on ATT, so that may not work. I could be wrong tho, could somewhere confirm or deny this please?

However, you can use SwirlyMMS on T-mobile for sure to send & receive MMS as RiPOFF said.

oh ok i was told that if it was unlocked that it could send and recieve MMS as well as Text no problem i am really wanting one i know its kind of a played out phone but its functional for my job etc

Who told you it was played out lol. Typical iHaters like so are only hating on the fact that they don't have one (in my experience).

Yes you can send/recieve MMS using swirly on t-mo. I did it yesterday.

Its a PITA to get your image files though.
