Okay im in a deep situation that really is urking me and i need some advice.

I recently signed up for the ATT demo plan through best buy... 25 bucks for 2000 minutes unlimited text... etc. BUT i was told that it also came with unlimited internet 9reason i choose att over sprint) so i have a bb curve and i stayed on the net and also used google maps during spring break so non stop data usage almost so i get my bill and its 231... im like %@!. i call att and they say its NOTHING they can do because its an employee plan and to contact my rep... i contact my rep and she says thaqt she is going to email her people but they say i got denied... so during this trip a new moth had statred and my next bill was 763... so im looking at almost a G. Problem is it was false advertisment that made me get the plan... what should/can i do???

Where was the false advertisement? Who told you that it had unlimited internet?

the associates at bestbuy told me that the plan came with unlimited internet... all 3 of them said the same thing because i wanted to make sure of the plan features because sprint has the same plan with unlimited internet and i would have just went with sprint and not been able to switch phones...

I had that plan as an agent before i switched to a COR store. On the contract I signed it said 2000 minutes, unlimited text, and 5mb of media net. You can purchase unlimited media net, but it is not included. The option for it was actually on the contract. If you signed that, then there really isn't much you can do.

It is stated clearly on the papetwork for the dealer ANR line that there is only 5mb medianet included in the plan.

This is why people should always read what they sign. I'm not saying all reps are liars, but there are some dbags out there. I really don't think there is anything anyone can do unless you find someone generous enough to add the unl plan and backdate it. But I'm not to sure on ATT policy for that.

my opinion and know others who have had this happen. keep complaining. be nice about it, but keep calling and complain. just make sure you EXPLAIN what happened.

i have a freind who purchased phones for him and his wife, he wanted the unlimited internet come to find out a month later they put it under his wifes phone. i kid you not he had a $6000 bill. he complained and they waived all the internet charges. but it takes some work getting them to help.
