Downgrade baseband?

Needed to unlock my iPhone so I did shift + restore to 1.1.4. Then used iLiberty to unlock/activate/jailbreak everything worked, but the phone is so slow.
So can I
Downgrade Baseband to 1.1.3
Then Restore the phone to 1.1.3
I have a 1.1.2 OOB with 3.9FB. I know 4.6BL can't do this but not sure about the 3.9FB so thought I would ask first.
