How can I convert MP3's to MP4's?

I think I've decided the easiest way to get my music to play as ringtones is to convert them to mp4's. Is there any decent software anyone knows of to accomplish this task?

Nero does the Job, depending on the phone itunes music (AAC) are also mp4 music if your phone supports AAC you can use it
