Hi,
My current contract expires in June, I have BJ-1 with WM-6. I have problem with synking BJ & BMW. It works for 3 days and then quits, I have to delete BMW BT on my BJ1 and reinstall it.
Is this issue resolved with BJ-11 or still exists.
I love BJ, but if this problem is not resolved then I have to goto iPhone-2 releasing in June '08.
Da_G's hacked ROM has also this problem.
Please help me.

RR

I found this solution on the net.

Here are the steps:
1. Get a registry editor for the blackjack and connect through activesync
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/AudioGateway
3. Delete the subfolder called NoAutoConDevice (there is a subfolder here actually named BMW)

Then its done, the phone will work with BMW bluetooth now!

IT IS TRULY AMAZING THAT NO REPS FROM EITHER AT&T OR SAMSUNG could figure this out and it took some hackers on the internet to solve this problem that is screwing with so many people....

I used that same fix for my blackjack I pairing with BMW and it worked great. I didn't need to do anything for pairing my blackjack II to my BMW. It seems that the BJ II has a much better BT stack.

they disabled it on purpose, as many devices do. unfortunately for us, just because the builtin bt stack is capable of working with certain devices, it doesnt mean samsung wants to bother advertising and then supporting it. it's easier/cheaper for them to just disable it.

its the unfortunate truth with alot of devices out there; they're artificially neutered.

Thanks Guys, I will buy BJ-ii and use BJ-1 as spare.
But even after hacking the HK_KEY, it stayed for 2 days and third day it did not pair, have to delete and pair again, I am sick and tired of it.

Is there any other things I am not doing properly?
