i have searched......!

how do you put custom icons that you have downloaded off the internet on to the iPhone?

For instance, I went to www.gasbuddy.com to get current low prices of gas in my area. Well I Wanted to make this a quick launch on my Home screen but the icon is white and i do not like that....so say I find a icon i want to use for this website...i SSH into my hard drive and then what...?

you need summerboard app or iswitcher

You have to ssh into your iPhone.
For applications, go to the applications folder, with it there will be a file called
logo.png. Just replace that file with your own of the same name.

For homescreen bookmarks, i have not tried that so i don't know.
