No more icons on 6165i

Hi,

I have a problem with one of my employee's phone.

Somehow, although "he did not do anything it just happend like that for no reason", he managed to delete all the themes on the phone.

So, he's got no more icons and it ain't ringing either, only vibrating. I checked on the options, and there's nothing anymore. No themes, no images, no ringtones, no nothing.

I'd need help on how to restore either the basic theme or some other non fancy theme for him.

In case it matters, the service provider is Telus Mobility (Canada), and as the title said, the phone is a 6165i.
