Hey all,

I want to apply for ATT as a RSC at a corp store. I have been searching at ATT's website and there is no date or anything for when the "new" jobs are posted or which stores are hiring in the area? I have created my profile onlne / submitted my resume! I am in the los angeles area btw.

Any help will be appreciated!
Thank you all!

Unless you want to work for a public who screams at you and puts you down and then expects you to be polite and give them what you want.

RUN! Don't look back.

Seriously, I don't care how many people want to argue with me on this, the Retail Sales Consultant's job is going down the craphole. The pay is decent for a retail job, but I would look elsewhere. Trust me, many people deserve better than this.

It kills me to see how many RSCs whine and complain about how bad their jobs are and how much they hate being there.

well, here's a reality check for all those whiners. I read somewhere that states the average RSC makes between $32K to $40K a year between hourly and commission. this averages between $15 and $19 an hour.

$15 to $19 an hour on a job that doesn't require any speciality training and no college degree. tell me where on Earth are you going to make that kind of money (legally) without either A) you're busting you butt on some rooftop sweating your nads off for 10+ hours a day or B) risking your life at some job that's extremely dangerous which is why the pay is so good because not too many people want to do it.

so there you have it. all the whiners who complain about their RSC job(s) need to go to Mickey D's or Wal-Mart one day on their day off and see what their paying. only then will they maybe (but probably not) realize that making $15 to $19 an hour sitting in an air conditioned environment really isn't all that bad.

Wow thanks guys! I will pursue something else

I guess you can find something else making $15 - $19 an hour. I'm pretty happy with this.
