Sony Ericsson W580i mp3 ringtones

Hi!
So I downloaded the DRM Packager for my w580i and I packaged my mp3 and transferred it to my phone. It now has the little key beside it, however now when I go to try and play or set this file as a ringtone it tells me that I must first unlock this file before I can play it and it gives me a link that when I open in my browser just says cannot find page.
What am I doing wrong?? How can I fix this?
