Bookmark Weirdness

So lucky me, I got a new mac pro, and sync'd my iphone with it - no problems.
BUT, the bookmarks for my iphone are great and perfect, but on my mac, my safari bookmarks are the default that come with a new machine. iTunes is set to sync bookmarks and all, but they aren't. The only option I see is to reset bookmarks on iphone, which is not what I want to do.
So I'm wondering: how do you get your bookmarks from the iPhone back to your computer?
Anyone have a clue?
