Where can I get original Nokia parts?

I've searched a ton, but all I can find are imported Chinese parts where I have to buy 10000 or parts dealers that won't sell to consumers.
Is there any source that will sell just 1 quantity of a few parts directly to consumers?
I'm looking for a 3250 LCD, 3250 LCD plastic cover, and 6820 numeric keymat.

Alright, found the lcd cover needed for the 3250 there (only in pink but w/e). For the 6820 parts, no such luck. However, they do sell a dummy 6820. Are dummy phone keypads, housings, etc usable in real phones?
