Question on 2.0 Firmware

I am registered developer and I have the latest SDK. How do I get the 2.0 firmware to put on my phone? I didn't see it any of the packages I downloaded.

You need to apply specifically for the "iPhone Developer Program ". This is the program where you pay the $99 to be able to (eventually) distribute your applications through iTunes. This link only provides a way to tell Apple you are interested in joining the program.
As this program is still considered beta, Apple is currently only accepting a limited number of people into it. So you could be approved quickly, or it could take a few weeks. Once approved they will send you an e-mail on how to pay and get access to the restricted materials.
