Will Master Reset Remove Seem Edits?

I want to do a master reset on my phone to clean it out and start fresh, but I don't want to lose the seem edits I did, mainly to enable bluetooth DUN and OBEX. I have a Motorola E815 with Verizon. Will resetting destroy my seem edits?

I don't believe so. The only thing that can change the SEEM is a reflash.
