Installing Diego...

I have tried to install Nokia Diego 3.08.. but I get this message everytime..
So I tried to install Diego 3.09. Still, got this message:
I have removed my Nokia PC Suite from my computer, and i really have no clue what else to do.
Can anybody please pleaes please help me here, tell me why I am getting this error and how I can avoid it?

nevermind, its all good...
I still had some nokia cable drivers installed.
I had to uninstall those first
