Weirdness With My Phone Help!!!!!!!

hi i have a question to anyone that can help me figure this one out for some reason the button on my camera mode on my xv6700 phone for the flash isn't there does anyone know if it got disabled when it i updated to aku 3.3 and is there a way to change the flash program and also is there a way to change the color of the font on my today screen and feel free to tell me any of the tweaks that you think are cool.
