Getting calls from overseas

I had a question about international calling. I know if I call out internationally (ie. London) I have to pay per minute. Does this also apply if someone calls me from London? I had a call come in this morning from the 011 exchange and didn't answer because I was afraid of paying an extra 99 cents a minute.
Thanks,
Matt

No it doesn't. We get international calls all the time.

If you are in the good old USA you do not pay extra for incoming international calls. Just uses up your typical minutes. Same for incoming international text message. The "extra" charges are for out going.

Let me point your attention to an application for iPhone that allows you to make and receive international calls cost-efficiently, it is IM+ for Skype, based on Skype functionality. You can read more here http://iphoneapplicationlist.com/fo...=59&page=1&tp=2
