I have never had any problems (except cracked keys) with this phone until a few days ago. I looked down and noticed that the softkeys were two different colors, they didn't match up with the strobe theme like they used to. They won't even switch to the correct color when I change to a custom theme with a set color, the left side is incorrect, the right side changes to the correct color.

Whats up with this? Its really annoying.

What firmware are you running? Have you tried turning the phone off and back on?

It just froze on me. I had to pull the battery and discovered that one of the screws next to the vibtrate motor had came out.

Actually, R8BE001 is the latest.

I guess you should send it in if you're still under warranty.

Maybe I should update.

How long is warranty? Typical 90 day Sony warranty?

I believe Sony's warranty is 1 year. If you got the phone from AT&T, I believe their own warranty is also 1 year. Be careful if you debranded it though.
