LG-VX8800 (Venus) & Animations/Wallpapers Program

Hey everyone,
I have had my phone for about 3 months now and have been waiting on any sort of program that would allow you to create/set/save new animations for this phone. I am already aware of bitpim, but as of now I don't know of a way to put full sized wallpapers/gifs on the phone. When saying "full size" I mean including the bottom (touch) half of the main screen. For when you close the phone, just as the animations are when they give you the phone.
