Need 3G WiFi router that works with the Tilt?

Hi,

I need an advise on a WiFi router that will be able to work to my Tilt.

I know about the program that turns the Tilt itself into a wifi hotspot but I don't like it - it drains the battery faster than the charger can charge it plus I would prefer the router because it might be able to connect to other phones as well.

Any recommendations?

i dont understand what you mean. ANY router will work because the TILt has wifi, so it can connect to any wifi signal. just buy a router and connect

I think the OP means one of those 3g routers that you plug a pcmcia part into and it gives out the 3G signal via wifi. I'm not aware of any that work with cell phones. You either need a pcmcia/expresscard or a router with the hardware already installed and you just pop in a SIM card.

There are 3G routers that work with cellphones but I have not found one that will work with the Tilt. See:
