W580i - Challenging Question (Regarding Alerts)

Hello Folks,

I will do my best to explain the dilemma I'm facing with my W580i. I'm a C-5 Quadriplegic (paralyzed) and I rely on the Magic Word and Voice Command features to call people from my contact list.

I have a problem though, let's say I miss a call or get a new voicemail, then I will get an alert/popup on my phone telling me that I have a missed call and/or a new voicemail, but the problem is, being totally paralyzed and not able to click on yes or no, the alerts stay there and I'm no longer able to enable voice command by using the "Magic Word".

Now my question here is, can I not have those alerts/popups and have those go directly to the top of the screen by the bars? I have tried everything and no setting seems to get rid of those alerts/popups. Any help would truly be appreciated. Thank you!
