I am now an account executive with sprint. I have been offered a job with AT&T. the money is about the same. Any suggestions of what would make me want to work for one or the other? Please give me some insite to working for AT&T

Job security would be the reason I would take it. Sprints future is uncertain. They've laid off thousands upon thousands of people. I would definitely go with the stable company.

If the pay is about the same that should be the tie breaker

"Run, Forest, run" (from Sprint that is).

If I was in that situation I think the hardest part is simply just making the move to a new company, because I’m sure you’re already comfortable in doing what you do and are at ease with the people you work and see on a daily basis.

With most people saying to jump to AT&T mainly because at this point in time they’re just doing a whole lot better financially is a decent reason to change, however if you your self are doing a great job where you are at now even though Sprint has been making quite a lot of adjustments you can look at it in a positive way as possibly a way to prove to yourself and to your company and there may very well be a new promotion waiting for you.
