How to decrease Brightness in Blackjack 2?

Hi all

I was wondering if there is a way to decrease the screen brightness of Blackjack2. I know the Start > Settings > Power Management > Display Brightness > Level 1-5 settings, but I am not talking about this. Even at the lowest setting (Level 1), the screen seems too bright for me who does a LOT of reading, using my smartphone (Mobipocket etc). Even with all the colour schemes and black/grey/silver background combinations, the screen is too bright.

I was hoping for a program or a registry edit that might be of use. I had used a program called Tornado Low Light with my HTC Tornado (Imate SP5 aka Dopod 577), and the software works great once you put it on level 3. What it does is, it brings about a registry edit of some kind by giving us a simple GUI, which can be put in the STARTUP folder. Neat solution. I tried the same cab file in my BJ2, and lost all the backlight. Had to hard reset my BJ2 to bring the light back
