How to flash to disable/enable AMR

Wotanserver has an option to disable or enable AMR when you flash a phone on their site. I'm wondering how this can be done using the tools that are available out there. I'm pretty sure its just a simple change in a file similar to how the acoustic drivers are done. Anyone have an idea?

So no one's ever wanted to disable AMR to get rid of the horrible half rate codec use?

ya it is possible. I forget how. It is in the monster of a thread that DA_G made for debranded features without debranding for the w810 .. There was some set of numbers that you had to rearange in customize.xml (I think)
