HP iPAQ 510, will Palringo work with it? (tmobile)

I have a WinMobile Tmobile Dash with Tmobile and had the 5.99 plan with the proxys and all that set so I get full internet. I have had Palringo working fine with it too with its edits to the proxy also. I just changed to an HP iPAQ 510 also with WinMobile and installed Palringo and made all the same necessary proxy changes. I have only gotten Palringo to connect twice and both times, it didnt seem to stay connected but for a minute or so and havent had luck since. My signal has been strong and have tried it in different areas of town and also I still can use the internet with no probs and now im just clueless. Anyone experience this?
