Motorola RIZR z6 vs v8

What are the major differences between these two models? I really can't find any thing substantial. And would an extra $35 be justified to get the z8?

There are only 3 differences.
Z6
uses a 628mhz cpu
Takes MicroSD cards up to 2gb
Slides.
V8
Uses a 500mhz cpu (doesn't come close to Z6 performance)
Onboard memory 512 or 2gb no microSD card
Flip
Thats it. everything else is the same.
