help with Activesync

My phone had Activesync on it and it was working,now sprint did the cold boot ?,the one that erases all input data but Activesync isnt on it.I called sprint tech and he told me it was part of the program that cant be removed.I know it was on before because i did a sync with my pc.Can i download the Activesync to my BTR6700 ?

Ok,i see activesync is running in the background and it seems to sync with my laptop .The first time i did the sync i could open my phone book but now i cant ,it shows it sync'ed but it does nothing when i click on the phone book.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
