hey guys. i have seem edited previous moto phones and ive had a couple v3xx's. i scored anotherone today and want to try seem editing it.

Im trying to run p2kman bu keep getting a CMD error, I/O error and USB error. The phone connects fine to my computer and all the drivers are correct and up to date.

anyone seen this before and know how to fix it? i get some similar error with every phone i attempt to seem edit.

USB: IO Time-out!
CMD: Data write fail!
Volume name fail

is the actual output. i get it with any p2k program. and yes the correct drivers are installed and yes its in p2k mode.

Which version are you using?

I always used p2k commander v4.9c to edit my v3xx platinum. Never had any issues.

its every p2k program i use. doesnt matter what version or what program they all give me the same error.

i also DLed PST 7.2.5 and got some kind of error relating to my COM drivers and the registry. it also wont fully connect and allow anything.

Every p2k program recognizes a phone connected as all the correct drivers are installed. it will also put it to p2k mode without an issue. its when tying to upload off the phone i get errors.
