Seeking Help With the Alltel LG Scoop

Okay well I am not the only person disapointed by Alltel here.

I have downloaded BitPim, but my phone is not locatable.
LG Scoop Model # AX260GRY
And I cannot find the AX260 listed in BitPim.

Have the cable, do I need a driver and where can I find it?

Also trying to do the same for my wifes phone a Samsung SCH-U420!

What Am I missing... Or doing wrong as I want my ringtones.

Sorry noone replied, China. I'm new to this site and having the same problem. I have everything the thread says and bitpim still doesn't detect my phone. I'm dont even think the computer is detecting it. Good luck.

you might check under something like ux-260 or something like that the first letter isn't that important its just carrier based a is for alltel u is for us cellular

make a long story short get the driver it will come up as other stop trying to search for your phone in bitpim it wont be there just go to the menu and have bitpim detect it will do the rest all you have to do is make sure you have the drivers installed thats it i promise after your phone is detected by the computer and have bitpim detect your phone it will work
