looking for a new phone

hey guys, im new to this forums and you all seem pretty knowledgeable so i thought id ask for a recommendation.
i have us cellular and am looking for a phone with wifi for easy internet browsing. is there even such a thing? i have had trouble clarifying this, and my contract will allow me to get a new phone next month, so id really like to find out before then.

id prefer not to spend a ton of cash, and touch screens are a no no.
