Tilt calendar randomly loosing appts & only saving one month back

I've had my Tilt for about 2 months now and have had several instances (about 2-3 a week) of appointments that "disappear" from my calendar. I generally don't know it until someone calls me and wants to know why I didn't show up. I check my calendar and they are not in there and I know darn well I had put them in there several weeks ago.
I always enter the appts in by hand on the tilt and not on the computer. I will occasionally sync the tilt with my laptop to keep my laptop updated (tilt is the master).
I normally have scheduled 30-40 appts a week. The appts that "seem" to be getting deleted are the ones that were made many weeks ago and not the ones recently made.
Is there a memory limit with the wm6 calender and the oldest appt gets deleted when I new one is entered?
So whats going on?

Also looking at appts on the tilt from last month I noticed that it is auto deleting appts more than a month old. I could not find a setting to change this to save longer.
When I check my laptop (outlook calendar) all of my old appts are on it but not the random missing ones as mentioned above.

It is a real pita now that I can't fully trust my tilt to remember my appts. I am having to go back and double check it for the upcoming week.

I bet they're getting deleted when you sync with your laptop. Check the conflict settings in Activesync on your laptop. You should make sure it's set to the phone as the master/winner. As for appointments in the past, there is a setting for the Calendar in Activesync that you set to decide how far back in the past you want messages synced.

Thanks, I'll check on that. I thought I checked all active sync settings and don't remember seeing anything regarding how far to save back on phone. My phone is set to be the master. So far no screw ups for this week!

Update, I could not find any setting in Active sync that would change the "save only 30 days back" on appointments. Also I did note that it would only wipe out the "older than 30 days appointments" only when sync'd, otherwise it would hang onto them.
Anyone know if this setting is adjustable and where?
