other good phones with good email client like outlook

are there any other good phones out there that have good email access that doesnt have to use java app, or at least can have multiple email accounts like company email, yahoo, and gmail? something similar to outlook.

Yes, you can easily setup a personal account with both. Blackberry allows for push on some personal email accounts too. WinMo is pull only, except for Exchange accounts.
Yeah, you need a Blackberry plan to use Blackberry services.
