Disc2phone problems

I tried to use the disc2phone software to transfer a cd to my phone but when the program almost finishes it get to the last song it gives me an error and the last song on the cd is not transferred. It did this to a couple of cd's.
Now I tried using WMP for Vista to sync it to my phone and it worked flawlessly, and it was a lot faster. But when I transferred it over it put all the files under my music instead of a folder. Can I make a folder and sync it to that folder??? I just don't want all the files everywhere.
