HTC Kaiser stucked in tricolor bootloader mode

During the Hard-splv1 installation, the device rebooted.

I'm now stucked in booloader mode but with hard-spl !

I have the following indications:
RUUNBH
KAIS130
SPL-1.56.0000
CPLD-8

The device still recognize the serial or USB mode.

I have tried a hard-reset. It is still working but when the device is restarted, it goes back in tricolor bootloader mode !

Any idea on how to get out of this ?
