Blackjack 2 call issue

So for the past few days I've been having issues with my phone. I try to make a call, it connects, I can clearly hear the other person but they can't hear me. When they call me back they can hear me fine. This leads me to believe that this isn't a phone issue but a network issue. Anyone experience anything similar?

There are plenty of times the caller to my phone cannot hear me initially, but it soon starts working. That could be the environment the caller is in. It has never done what you are experiencing. I suspect it is the network, but if it is the phone, it is specific to your phone, not a design defect affecting all BJ2's.

I have the same exact problem that once I call out the phone goes mute. The first blackjack I received was refurbished by AT&T and I thought it was because it had a defect and so paid to have a brand new one with the same results. I also have a problem (with both phones) that in the middle of a conversation the phone mutes out and I can hear the caller, but they can't hear me. AT&T thinks it is operator error (me!) but I can't figure out what I can be doing that is causing this problem. I am ready to get another phone.

Well my problem went away after a few days which leads me to believe it was a network issue - but who knows...
