i have two phones, and the motoroloa phonebook manager sucks for keeping them both updated...you can't just add/transfer a few numbers from one phonebook to another without overwriting the whole thing unless you do it manually, which defeats the whole purpose of having a program!
for just one example, phone A's speed dial #1 is set to dial phone A's voicemail, and likewise phone B's sd #1 dial's phone B's vm...but if over the course of a week or couple of weeks i add say 5 entries to phone A's phonebook, you can't just transfer the numbers from phone A and add them to phone B while keeping phone B's phonebook settings, you have to completely overwrite phone B with phone A's phonebook, and this is no good because sometimes i also have 5 new numbers in phone B that phone A doesn't have yet, and also this would mean you would have to go back and manually change everything back to your "phone B setup" as well....might as well just manually enter the numbers (and names, and email addresses... ... ...) from each phone onto the other...i'm sure there's got to be a better way...any one know what it is?
if there's no such program that can read and merge phonebooks without simply overwriting them, i'm sure there would be alot of people happier if someone would write such a program (hint hint
