i have an old S.E w810i (working great so far) that I purchased back in november '06, then bought the "insurance" (which i've been paying for every month since then) Will At&T still do an insurance replacement IF i need one? i would hate to be paying every month all this time for nothing. plus do they even have any more of these in stock? there's nothing else I want other than this phone...not even the w580i.

(i am not sure since I got this phone/insurance plan back when it was cingular and don't know how much the policies have changed)

Yes, when my RAZR V3 Cingular branded Phone died. Through Insurance i recieved a AT&T Branded V3. If they don't have your W810i in stock they would most likely give you a phone with the same features.

Cingular = AT&T.

Same company. You will receive your insurance handset if your current one craps out.

here's the same question that's been asked many times.. what will my replacement be? do they still have any w810i's in stock? BTW, how long does ATT keep a phone in stock after its been discontinued?

I believe they still have w810i's in stock. Not sure how much longer, though.

The last 5 insurance claims I've done for customers that had a w810i have came back with a w580i...

I had a customer do an insurance claim on a w810i and received a LG Trax. Your mileage will vary.

Most likely they have slowed if not stopped the refurb w810i. You might end up getting a refurb w580...
