verizon xv6800 keeps recycling

I was wondering if anyone has had or has heard of a problem I am having with my Verizon XV 6800. Once I turn my handset completely off and then turn it back on the unit just recycles between the Verizon logo and the Windows Mobile logo. It can go on for over 20 minutes. I finally have had to do a hard reset to fix the problem. This has occured on 2 handsets. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
