anyone have this problem? when i send mail on a regular pc i get the same mail arriving in the inbox of my outlook mobile mail on the tilt. i checked the options and dont know what the problem is. Is this another bug?

Are you using Gmail POP3? If so, that's by design.

yes i am. this just starting happening recently though.

is there any way to change this? it should at least go into sentmail not inbox.

You should delete that Messaging account and create a new one that is IMAP4. You can't let the phone "auto setup" the account though.

in gmail account settings under "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" it has a selection that says:

2. When messages are accessed with POP

keep gmails copy in the inbox
or
archive gmails copy
or
delete gmails copy

what do those three options mean and which one should i choose?

ill stick with POP as long it stops sending sent messages to my inbox unless there are other benefits of using IMAP

whats the difference of POP and POP3 and IMAP and IMAP4?

what exactly is the "Outlook - E-mail" account whats the difference of that and the regualar account is it necessary or should i delete it? active sync exchange server

anyway to setup yahoo or hotmail with IMAP?
