So right now, I have an LG Ku990 (Viewity), that I am thinking about putting on eBay. I love the phone, its just that tri-band is horrible in my area, so I really need a quadband. So, the n95-4 looks like a stunning phone, and I havent really looked into it in detail. My question is, what do you all think about it? Also, another main question is are there any new phone releases comming soon? Cause I dont want to buy and regret it, cause I should have waited.

Nothing has been announced that won't come until the next year and if you want more info on the N95-1/2/3/4, head over to the S60 forums. There's a sticky that explains everything about the device and there are threads always popping up every minute.

Get the N95-4 and sell it when the time comes. It's going to hold resale value.

the n96 was announced and will be released later this year. but its arguable that it is even better than the n95-4. the n96 wont have 3G for ATT like the n95-4 does, so the -4 is your best bet really. the n78 will be coming out soon with US 3G. but its not quite as good on specs as the n95-4. basically the n95-4 is still king for a while to come i think. i got mine for 511 USD from a great deal which is now expired. head over to the s60 forums where all the info you need is.

It is anticipated that the Lg VU will be released sometime within the next couple of weeks through AT&T. It is supposed to be similar to the Viewity. It will have quad band gsm and US 3g. This may be an option for you. Check out the AT&T phone sub forum, you will get more info there.

looks like I will be going for the n95-4. But I was looking around and saw this Samsung SGH-G810. I havent looked at it much at all, but is it comparable to the n95-4?

If you can live with triband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and 2100 UMTS/HSDPA then get that. Make sure you don't need 850MHz for GSM though.

nah I really need 850MHz. It works barely where I live, and I am moving really soon, and I visited the town and I got no service in it. so its a must
