Ok, got a MOTO Q. It gets stuck on the verizon screen. I plugged it in and opened the motorola software update and started the update. It errored out after it went through the second wave of install. On the screen it said, rebooting device. It just sat there and never rebooted. After about 30 minutes, I undid the battery and tried to restart the process. Now the phone will not recognize by the computer at all. Now it comes up as unrecognized device and unknown device in the device manager. My krzr plugs in and comes up fine, just not the Q. I've tried doing the master reset on the Q, Center button + power and it comes up to do it, it just never resets. I've tried the Z+E+Power method and that does nothing. I'm trying to get it to recognize so I can just do the full firmware replacement with RSD Lite. I need help at this point. Any tips, tricks, ect.? I bought this for my fiance, it said it had the frozen screen issue, so it was for a good price. I'm pretty good with motos, been modding and fixing them since the v300 days, so I figured this wouldn't be a big thing, especially since doing research on the phone and this problem prior to buying it. So how can I get it to recognize now so I can flash it? It does start up in flash mode, that's how the USB Error message can come up, when it's frozen at the verizon screen, it doesn't do anything at all.

Ok, so it finally recognized after "cooling off" for a while, hooked it up to RSD Lite and it started flashing, it failed with this message, "Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. Phone[0000]: Phone dide not re-enumerate after RAM-downloader was sent. [0x703E]; phone disconnected"
What does this mean? Is the phone bricked or is there something I can do for it myself without paying the $75 to send it to moto for a flat rate fix?
