Answer : Press these keys *#war0anty# (*#92702689#) . It's zero not O. You will need to turn off your phone and turn it back on after you have seen the info.

PS: I got this info from other thread in Nokia Forums. I'm not sure if this code will work on all Nokia phones. If you have a different code, feel free to post it here. Thanks.

on my 6190, it is *#warranty# also. i think it that for newer firmware phones but try both and you should get something : ).

to get out of the menu, you have to turn the phone off.

should i be concerned that on my 3560 it says my serial number is nothing but 0's?

It could be that info will be displayed different on a TDMA phone since TDMA phones use the Electronic Serial Number (ESN). I don't know why your 3560 is displaying that info as 0s.
