Connecting K1M to Debian Etch

Does anyone know how to establish a connection to debian via usb cable or bluetooth with the moto k1m?

Is it connected with Bluetooth or USB? If it's connected with USB, in a terminal, type "sudo lsusb" and see if there is a listing that says "Motorola PCS". If there is, then cd to /dev and type "dir tty*" and see if there are any listings that say "ttyACM*", with * meaning any number. Go from there.
