I think it you try this you will have duplicates or lost data. You would need to sync both phones to the same username. The only way I can see it working is if you use the overwrite sync options.

Yes, it is totally possible to sync 2 different phones, with different usernames to the same computer. My wife and I sync to Outlook on our home computer and I even sync the same info to Outlook on my work computer. Any changes made on any handheld or at the computer are synced with no problem. If the same item is changed on both, hotsync will copy both to each device and tell you about the conflict at the end of the sync.
I even added Chapura's PocketMirror and we are able to share the main Calander/Contacts/Memo/Tasks folders and have sub folders of our own.

You can do it without PocketMirror if you dont need subfolders.
